What We Stand For
COASTEE stands for Community-Oriented Adoption of Emerging Technology for Education & Empowerment.
It is a space for thoughtful, human-centered tech adoption that empowers families, educators and students.
Why It Matters
Technology is evolving faster than many families, educators and students can keep up-especially with tools like AI. Without proper support, it's difficult to navigate these changes alone.
COASTEE exists to close this gap through community-led learning, shared reflection, and ethical tech conversations.

Human-centered futures need shared understanding between families, educators, and technologists navigating a digital world together.
Our Mission
We support families, educators, and students in navigating emerging technologies through community-led learning and human-centered adoption—building trust, confidence, and empowerment along the way.

Our Vision

Our Values

Our Origin
COASTEE began with a simple but urgent goal: to expand access to meaningful learning for students navigating a rapidly changing world.
But as we listened—really listened—we heard more. Parents overwhelmed by uncertainty. Educators adapting without support. Students stepping into a future shaped by technologies they weren’t prepared for.
So COASTEE evolved—not as a platform of answers, but as a space for clarity, context, and community. A place where families, educators, and students can explore technology together through human-centered learning, shared reflection, and trust-building conversations.
Today, COASTEE is laying the foundation—through blogs, shared reflections, and soon, community forums—to help families, educators, and students navigate technology with care, confidence, and connection. We’re building this space together, one conversation at a time.
